What is Web 2.0 and why should teachers know about it?
Web 2.0 includes the different possibilities for people to share information on the internet. Teachers should know about it because the educational field is incorporating technology more and more. Web 2.0 options allow teachers to stay in the loop with fellow teachers and the students.

Why should every teacher have one?
A teacher should have a blog for a couple reasons. One is that it provides a place where links, images and documents can be shared without having to give out every web address to students. Another reason is that it can be shared with other teachers to provide a wider range of resources for everyone. It is a universal place to consolidate information to be used by others.
